The E-Board welcomed PC Billy Means and Rich Uzzell. The Delegates to the Convention are CO Doug Lloyd, Paul Tracey and PC John Walleston and the alternates are CO elect Bill Coyle, PC John Downey and PC Billy Means. The kitchen floor was redone and looks new, nice job was done by Jon Patterson. The boiler is finally out of the storage room in the kitchen and will give us much needed storage space. The Memorial Day Parade is almost upon us and the Honor Guard should have their uniforms in order and if you are missing anything bring it to the attention of the S@A or Adjutant anytime before the day of the parade so we can get you squared away. The Post is having trouble sending care packages overseas to our troops, the last one we sent came back to us as the unit rotated home. If anyone has an address that is valid would you please inform any member of the Post. The Convention is coming up fast and the delegates and alternates have been chosen and some of us will be working the Convention this year. We will be asking for help in sprucing up the Post this year, but not until the Memorial Day Parade and the Convention are behind us. The roof will be fixed shortly also, it has been leaking around the chimney and was getting worse.

FROM THE COMMANDER: Commander Doug Lloyd would like to thank the membership for having a successful year again at the Post. He wishes all the new Officers good luck in the upcoming year and stated he would be available to help if anyone needs it.
FROM THE ADJUTANT: The new membership cards will in after the Convention and we would like to reach 100% this year. All WWII and Korean War vets will receive their cards first as the Post pays your dues. Please watch your mail in June. Dues are still $25. Starting next month the E-Board and the regular Post business meeting will be held on the 2nd Monday of the month. The new E-board will be sitting with us so any new Officer should attend this meeting even though you do not take control of your Office until the new Commander has been seated. That will take place at the June meeting, so be prepared and ask questions, there is a lot experienced members in this Post.
Respectively submitted,
Paul Tracey
